You don’t need to write an essay. Even a sentence or two helps. Here are a few prompts to get you started:

- What was the technician like — professional, on time, thorough?
- Did you notice a difference in your home after the service?
- Would you recommend us to a neighbour or friend?
Honest, specific reviews — even short ones — are the most helpful. Something like “Booked a duct and furnace cleaning, technician was on time and explained everything, noticed less dust in the house the next day” tells the next homeowner exactly what they need to know.
